How do I upgrade the firmware on my DAP-1320?
Note: Internet is not required to access the DAP-1320 configuration interface. Internet is only
required to download the firmware file.
Note: Some firmware upgrades revert all settings back to factory default settings. If this happens,
you may need to reconfigure the device.
Step 1: Download the latest firmware for your router at http://support.dlink.ca
It is suggested to download the firmware somewhere it can easily be found, such as your desktop.
Note: The firmware file should be a .bin file. In some cases the firmware is in a .zip format. If so,
please extract the .bin file using the built in Windows extractor or using Winzip/WinRar.
Note: This downloaded firmware file cannot be opened or run on your computer. It must be loaded
into the DAP-1320.
Step 2: Once you´ve downloaded the firmware, You will need to log into the DAP-1320 configuration
interface to upload the firmware.

Step 3: Select your Configuration Interface:
New Interface (firmware 1.10+):
Old Interface (firmware 1.00):
New Interface:
Step 1: Click on the Management Link and click Upgrade
Step 2: Click the browse button and select the firmware file you download earlier
Step 3: Click Upload
The firmware upgrade process will now begin.
Note: Ensure not to unplug the DAP-1320 while upgrading.

Step 1: Click on the Maintenance Tab at the top
Step 2: Click Firmware on the left side and then click browse to select the firmware file you download
earlier
Step 3: Click Upload
