To be eligible for an exchange at D-Link's appointed Authorised Service Centre, you need to fulfil the following requirement :


You MUST produce a LOCAL receipt / Proof of Purchase
Equipment MUST NOT be physically damaged
Serial Number MUST be legible

IMPORTANT

  • If any of the above is not fulfilled, D-Link Authorised Service Centre reserve the rights to reject any replacement.

  • In order to service or to replace your product in a timely manner, always call our service center to check or to make a reservation before visiting the service center.
