I am very PLEASED AND SATISFIED with the exceptional customer and technical service provided by Mr. Anthony to me. I am now able to vie my camera remotely from office. I am using a DCS-950G. Although I am quite old and with a British Accent, he was able to understand me. And I don’t have a hard time understanding him because his English was very good. I would like to commend Mr. Anthony Benedicto for excellent service yesterday afternoon in providing assistance in helping me to set up a newly purchased D-Link DI-634M router. However, due to what appears to be functional difference between a wireless access point and a wireless router, the desired setup did not allow us to connect the wireless clients to the Internet. Hence we have had to revert to a different setup which, though is not quite desired, allows the office to function as effectively as before the new router was installed and configured. I made an inquiry because i cannot connect to my VPN which is very important to me!. Originally i have a Linkski router, it cannot connect to my VPN. So after spending hours with their technical support, and after being transferred to the next levels several times, (I even found myself in level 7 tech department already), but still i was still unable to solve my problem. so i throwed the router away.. and bought your D-link router DI-634m. I tried to setup the router, it is fine than my other brand.. but the vpn functionality is still missing.i tried e-mailing your support, Anthony Benedicto took care of me on the e-mail and finally, i requested a call back from him and was assisted by Anthony. and wow.... i was really surprised how fast he resolved my issue on that call!!! . My Conclusion: What a big deal for Linkski people is only a piece of cake for Anthony.(But i am not sure what level he is :-)) To whoever your manager is, please tell him that you are doing good and I am very happy for the committed, and high quality customer service that you gave. Just to tell you that I went to your Customer Center Friday morning, ... and after having tested my router, they have exchanged it to a brand new one ! I have installed it Saturday and since then, the Wi-Fi connection with my professionnal laptop has worked without any issue. Thank you very much for your help, proficency and kindness. Wong Shiya Hi I like to take this opportunity to highlight the service accorded to me by two of your staff, Mr Anthony Benedicto and Ms Li Keli. As an owner of an obsolete DI-714+ router, I decided to upgrade to a newer DIR 300. While setting up the new router, I ran aground with some problems. A lady, Li Keli answered my call yesterday and guided me through the setup on my desktop computer. In the evening, I realized my daughter''s computer wasn''t picking up the Internet and I called in today where Mr Anthony Benedicto helped me through. The whole process with Mr Benedicto took almost an hour and in the end the fault was diagnosed on an unchecked DHCP setting. The reason why he didn''t came out with an earlier diagnosis was because this setting was supposed to be checked in default from factory. I could have accidentally unchecked it and I apologized. That is good troubleshooting because no stone was left unturned. On both occasions, both your staff were very patient with me given that I am software illiterate. I wish to say that people like these two are real credit to your company and as customer service staff, they are up there with the best I have encountered.
